You will see ALOT of Asians in the Lower Mainland. Vancouver is a mixture of cultures, Surrey is majorly East-Indians, Richmond is mostly Chinese. But overall, I find there is a greater population of Asians in Vancouver than Victoria.

The largest concentration of Asians is in the Lower Mainland area, around Vancouver/Richmond/Surrey. Of course, that is where most of the population of BC lives.

Most definitely the city of Vancouver and including most of its suburbs. There are many immigrants from South Korea, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and the Phillipines.
