cooling system of yours computer u can check by using some software (for intel mother board active mointer ).

Some motherboards provide utilities to monitor the cpu temp, cpu fan speed, and case fan speed. This can be at the BIOS level and/or at the OS level (which will require the installation of an application from the motherboard manufacturer). I'd recommend checking the motherboard info for your computer and then going directly to the manufacturer website to see if they have a utility program to do this at the OS level (which is where your processor will run hotter anyways). Another option is to look at some case accessories that can tell you the internal temp of the case. I haven't used that option before but it could be useful if you have a lot of hard disk or are into overclocking your system.

Check the exhaust vents on the back to see if you can feel warm air coming out of your PC.

TIP: If it is overheating, it will shut itself down.
