It's very easy. I tell my children I love them every time I see them or talk to them on the phone. I tell the special man in my life I love him every time I talk to him on the phone and when I see him. It feels good to tell those I love that I love them. I also give hugs :)

It's not difficult at all to say it. But some times it is difficult for people to actually mean it. Love is not just a word, it's a verb.

It pours out when it comes to family but in saying it to the one I love, I find it difficult.
It might be because I see so many of my friends say that when they get off the phone with their boyfriends and they really don't mean it. Its over used and nothing special.

It's only difficult for me to say it to someone I don't actually love, someone who doesn't love me. People express feelings of love by what they do more often than anything else....I think that must be some sort of reflex of the heart, I'm not sure. But I do know that it's obvious to me.....yeah.....

It isn't difficult if it is saying it to the right person. I don't say that to someone without meaning it. It would give them a false impression of my feeling for them and that would be unfair to lead them on.

I can say it to my parents becuase im 10 years old but i cant say it to someone now, even i were older its difficult most people dont say it because the fear of rejection/

It really depends on the situation - I mean when I first said it to my husband - who of course then I was dating it was very akward. But now, 8 years later.... I say it every day and mean it and it just rolls right off ;)

Now that I am 28 it comes naturally. I was too shy when I was younger and as a teen I thought it was "not cool" to do it in front of people. It's important to say it everyday because we are not promised tomorrow.
