how many days should i lift weights in a week?

Only 4-5. 7 doesnt give ur body time to rest. U need the 2 days (preferably not together) to rest your muscles. (Scientifically)

3 or 4. they say to rest every other day.
When I was actually willing to exercise, I would lift 3 days and run the other 4 days.
Now, I got older and lazy, and I like home-made french fries, ( not the oven kind, the deep-fried ones ).
