if i open one...cause a lady bought an item off me and i want to transfer the money from her account to my account...so if i open it real quick then when i get the money...and then close it..is this a good idea or not

This sounds pretty shady to me.
Get her to send you a bank draft in the mail and get it cashed before you send the item.
if she lives close, make her bring you cash.
I smell a scam here...Do not give out any banking information to her.
