my advice:look natural!Just experiment.I don't like how clumpy mascara looks so i don't use it .It doesn't look so good if you have blonde hair.lip gloss is great & you can find an eyeliner made for blondes.light looks good on the top brow of your eyes.

For your make up: The look that is really cute is bronzed, tan, contoured cheek bones. Also add a light amount of pink blush. You can add(lightly)some gold powder to your cheeks. Before you put ANYTHING on, you should apply a foundation that is your skin tone. After that you apply an ample of concealer to your entire face(especially the parts of your face that will have powder...eyelids, nose, cheeks). Very lightly contour the mid-section of your nose(from the bottom to the top) with the tan color you apply to your face. For your eyes: a smokey eye effect is really hott. But, shimmery silver colors are in. Adding silver and blue to certain areas of your eyes will really bring out your eye color. A dark brown or black eyeliner lightly applied to the inner part of your bottom lid, in the corner of your eye, and/or lightly smudged on the top lid of your eye will be really cute. Lips: apply a light color; it's best to go with the plain nude or nude(slightly glossy pink) lip. VERY Summery. For your hair, since your face will be tan, you can die your hair a lighter shade of blond(if that's what you want). Dying your hair a light shade of blond will really brighten up your face. The cut is either long, layered hair, or a short, layered(just a little above shoulder length) cut. Or, just choose a style you feel fits your face. I know it seems like a lot, but all the work will be well worth wile. Hope my tips help!

It really depends on the look you're going for.
For a classic look, you'll want to avoid black mascara for day (choose brown and save the black for night). Get a foundation that matches your skintone by asking for a sample and testing in daylight to make sure you don't look orange or green. As for eyeshadows, it's hard to go wrong with browns or copper shades; a light color to highlight under your brow, a medium shade for the lid, and a dark color for the crease are all you need (you can usually find them all in the same compact). It sounds like you have a "cool" complexion (better in white than in beige), so you'll want to get colors with a "cool" (blue rather than red) undertone. A light pink blush is subtle and works for day or night (I like cream blushes because they blend very naturall), and a lipstick that's a couple of shades darker than your natural lip color (probably a berry tone) will enhance without overpowering.
For more wild looks, websites like www.urbandecay.com have a lot of good model shots...www.maccosmetics.com has some good info, too.

The most important factor in choosing makeup colors is determining your skin tone. You want colors that match your skin tone. Here's how to determine your skin tone:
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.
A few suggestions:
1) Dark brown eyeliner tight against the upper lash line. (Brown makes blue stand out.)
2) Dark brown/black mascara for daytime. Black for evening.
3) A your lips but better sheer lipstick or gloss. ex) Revlon Super Lustrous Gloss in Cherries in the Glow

Hey, speaking from a girl who knows (I have the same features as you) brown eye shadows are going to make your blue eyes pop. I really like Volume Exact mascara from CoverGirl as well as Kissyfit lip gloss color from Clinique. Pale blush will also help your face to look fresh and alive.

You sound like me! I'll tell you what makeup I love:
Covergirl Shimmering Sands eyeshadow trio.
Black mascara
Black eyeliner
Pinks will look great on you too
Light lip glosses in nude or shimmery pink. I like fruit punch from Origins and Black Honey from Clinique.
I stay away from green and gold eyeshadow and I don't particularly care for brown liner and mascara.
I hope this helps you!

Almost any thing...neutrals work, blues, pinks, purples Almay makes a set for blue eyes...Rimmel has quad colors...I would stay away from the green, but other than that any of them would be fine. Mascara...Brown or Black Rimmel eye-magnifier...Neutral or pink gloss, stay away from red or orange.
