Staring down the stars, jealous of the Moon, I wish I could fly.....

No The moon is happily going about his duties, I don't see any reason to be jealous. I suppose if you were maybe a small asteroid you could eventually get a size complex.

Besides the fact that it can control the seas is awesome in itself oh and it turns people into werewolves, vampires hunt at night, the moons makes the night even creepier.

Good question. And yes, I get jealous of that raw, timeless, beauty beyond our sky. Words aren't able to explain the wonder and awe I feel.
