Yes they can and its tragic. I personally live in Virginia and know people who go to that school and as of now everything is CHAOS. No one knew the shootings were going on until about the second round of shootings and they were notified by email! Come on now that is crazy. Its not only in colleges and highschools. At an old middle school near mine there was a gunman who was threatning to kill but than god no one was hurt. What i'm trying to say is that these things happen and although there is no way to eliminate thenm. They CAN be prevented!

Yes, I'm sorry to say but it could happen again by someone you would never think could do such a thing. We had a highschool student about two years ago in a county about 25 miles from here that killed the High School Principal and badly wounded two other teachers, the boy was about 14 years old and I think his trial is going on now. They claim the boy seemed to be a normal young teenager until this thing happened. We never know what can happen until its too late.

Yes, long ago they've happened, today it heppened. But everyone must PRAY A LOT and I mean A LOT so this will never ever happen ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever again.
