Do you have any leadership experiences that you learned from? Why did you become involved in it, and what did you gain?

I decided long ago that there are very few leaders and lots of followers.
I am a leader.
99.99% of the people are just looking for someone to follow, they don't want to try and be the leader.
They just don't have the confidence to make a choice and stand behind it.
This is exactly why groups of people follow people like Charlie Manson, David Koresh and Jim Jones.
The followers aren't bad people, they just need someone to lead them. Unfortunately, there are bad people who are too happy to lead them.
This is what I have learned. I'm sorry , but I don't want to discuss what I got involved in. Let me just say that I was at the point where I realized that I had way too much power over a lot of people.
