True or false, why??

Sounds like someone needs to do some homework. Any search online or by reading the course text book will answer all three questions.

Since I feel nice I'll give you number 2, which is False.
Congress only can not do one thing under the constitution which is change the originial jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, heck they can even change the number of justices on the court if they wish. Note that there is no district courts mentioned, thus they must be authorized by Congress to hear/try cases.

3. That's a matter of opinion...how do you define "critical" decisions. For example, Brown v. Board of Education is still good law...we still have abortion on demand for the most part...what criteria are you using to define "critical" decisions?
