Well anything from the Beatles in the 60's but "Frampton Comes Alive" by Peter Frampton was the biggest selling album, live in the 70's. (1976)

Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. The Beatles, 1967.
It was and is one of the most popular rock albums of all times.
Find me another album that was celebrated around the world on the 20th anniversary of it's initial release, and I might be tempted to change my mind. Find me another track (the title one, in this case) that is consistently used to mark the 20th anniversary of ANYTHING, and I might be tempted to change my mind.
