Help! I'm trying to find a good pair of bridal shoes that have a decent heel (at least 3.5 in), are open toe, and kinda strappy. My shoe budget is around $650 so if anybody out there could send me links and give some good suggestions, that would be great. Dont worry about the price, hes paying and I plan to spend the max! If anyone has tried what they are recommending, please let me know what you thought of the shoes. Thanks for your help!

Pay more attention to the fit and feel of the shoe than the cost. Very high heels could be uncomfortable for the amount of time you will be on your feet and dancing. For that reason you might want something a little more supportive, and with a lower heel.
Few enough people will actually see what shoe you have on so that some women actually wear bridal sneakers, while I think that's silly I can sure understand why they would need it after six hours on their feet.

Well if you're going to be spending your reception time in your bridal gown I suggest "ballet slippers" rather than regular shoes. Esepcailly the type you are looking for because they will be killing your feet. Most of the brides I have ever known have opted for the ballet slippers. My sister didn't and regreted it because they took a honeymoon cruise...and her feet hurt her so badly after her wedding/reception she couldn't dance on the cruise.

Go to Dillard's or try www.davidsbridal.com. They might have something for you. Or maybe Nordstrom.
