when ever i start games on my PC it shows high cpu usage and after 5min it shut downs autmatically?

i hav warcrat and sims2 when ever i start playin them the CPU usage raises to 100% and if i continue playin ny PC automatically shut downs.Even if i play a falsh game this happens

Your computer needs more ram.

Could be overheating problem. Try playing but with PC case open and w/ an electric fan pointing towards the motherboard. If the problem stops, overheating is the problem. You need to improve case ventilation.
