Where was the first theatre on earth llocated? Isn't it somewhere in Rome?

Athens, I believe, is considered to be home of the first theater. Although arguments can be made that temples served as theaters long before the theater in Athens. For some reason we in the western world like to say the Greeks invented everything.

The first Building archived as being specifically for Theatre are Greek. However, there is some controversy about one bowl near Babylon that may have been used for plays. Farther back, you have a Cave, a bonfire, and a flat piece of Dirt. . . . and this last is still a Theatre in many parts of the world.
