Well, since you didn't say anything about a spider being in the web, I take it that the web has been abandoned and is nothing but a web, so defintely, a spiders web. Frozen in ice is very clear, nope, don't like to be cold, let alone frozen. Good trick question.

Spider web I guess because I can probably get out but If frozen in Ice I may not be somewhere I can melt and I'd be dead any way!

yeah frozen in ice sounds better than being trapped in a spider's web, I mean for me to be trapped in it's web thatwould have to be an awfully big spider, ya know like LOTR big.

If its a UK spiders web then I'd choose that as i could eat the spiders, but if it was not then it would be the ice.

Are there any spiders in the spider web? If not, there. If so, frozen. EEK. I hate spiders, especially when i cant keep them away from me.

The spider's web. It would be gross, but at least I wouldn't freeze to death.
Now that would be a problem if I was stuck in a spider's web in Antarctica. But then again, maybe there aren't that many spiders in Antarctica...
