sauerkraut (pronounced sower crap). I think they used to make us eat that in school so we could see first hand how people in undeveloped countries had to eat. It is NASTY.

Rice. I lived in Korea about two and a half years during my military career and a good bit of the time was spent around or near a large rice patty. The big fields were at least knee deep in water and human manure and stunk so bad it would make a maggot gag. Since then I cant stand rice.

my most least favorite food is anything made with beef or pork, I can't help but picture myself biting into the animal, but I eat other meat...go figure
