trimmed my beard really short, does that i mean i can run just that much faster due to reduced drag?

u in reality can run faster, but it isnt goign to make much of a noticible difference. i have a friend who shaved all of his hair off for swimming, and since then his coach has told him to do it everytime. he also does shaves and cut his hair for track. good luck!

now all you have to do is trim the fat off ya @ss - and that will make you go alot faster and dye your hair red

cause you know the saying - if its red - its fast

oh yes. now you need to shave off the other hairy parts of ur body too...like legs, armpits, unmentionables (ahem) and then you will run like the wind.
