Just go on their picture and you will see the option that says add as a contact. Just click on that and hopefully they will accept you back.

Go on their profile, and above their name has a small blue link saying 'Add to my contacts'.Click that and..*boom* you have a contact..;)
Then, they might add you back.

First you follow them.........then you kind of bump into them. Then.......you hold them at knife point and tell them that "They" will listen to you and you seal the deal by slapping 'em upside the head.
