I like behindthename.com because it has the top names used in other countries and you can also find the ranking of your name by year. It's not THE best, but it's interesting.

www.babynames.com is good because it provides you with a search of names or just meanings...it's great and the one I always use.Also, www.behindthename.com is good as well. I think someone already suggested these, but they're great ones to use. I hope this helps!

Search on "freakanomics & baby names" Freakanomics is a book, but a lot of its baby name info has been copied online.
