I put the pregnant guppy in a breeder container, it has the black spot behind it. Is there any other things i should do?

In addition to putting a bit of plastic plant i with her, you can put a few pieces under and around the outside of the net as well. She will feel ore hidden and comfortable that way.

nope, just wait until they are born.

Unless you are going to watch it 24/7 (which I highly dout, ) have some plants or hiding places in the breeding container so the babies can hide when they are born. The mom will eat them otherwise.

I also suggest that you buy fryer bites. They are small fish food balls that are made for baby fish because the normal flakes are too big.

If possible try to put the new live fry babies in another tank. Once they are born they will only need to be at of harms way. It better to raise in another tank that way you will have peace of mind and babies that will grow up. Baby fish food. Go to the pet food store or tropical fish store and they will help you in raising the babies. Good luck with your fish brood.

i bought a pregnant guppy before also.
just keep an eye on it, make sure she doesn't eat the baby fish.
then just take care of her normally.

keep an eye on it. put some plants in there so the babies can hide, because the mom will try to eat them! good luck

Yes, put some grass in there that floats,so when see has them she will not eat them,then remove her from the breeder. She will eat them!!!!!!!!
