Time travel, especially in association with black holes, white holes, and worm holes are science fiction and interesting thought experiments. But the conditions found in these exotic locals would preclude any living matter from getting anywhere close enough to take advantage of the relativistic effects. You would litterally be ripped apart at the atomic level before reaching the event horizon.

There are such things as wormholes, but I doubt any of them can make you travel back in time.

No such beast. It's just a novelty that falls out of some equations. To make one would require more energy than would be released if a galaxy was converted to pure energy.
