What type of major do you need to have to create your own business?
after you go to college for four years, what steps do you need to have before you have your own business?
about how much money do you need to have before you can start you own business?

please help me. try to be as detail as u can. i am thinking about going to college and i want to find out this info. i tried searching online ( was not successful) so i need someone who did this experience. please help me thx u

You actually don't need a degree.

But because it is helpful to have a good education, consider getting a degree related to the kind of business you want to operate. For instance, if you want to start a DNA testing service, a biology or genetics degree would be the best choice. Or if you wanted to start an import/export business majoring in a foreign language or international relations would be helpful.

Of course, you can get a business degree, which will give you a foundation in business ideas but not as much specific knowledge about some areas.

To start a business, the steps depend on what kind of business you are creating. If you take an intro to business class, you should learn enough to have some idea of what you need to do.
