Well, assuming that you have typed it exactly as it is written on your assignment then follow the following rules

Titles of books, movies, etc.. are either
a) Underlined
b) Placed in quotes or, if you have a computer (duh)
c) Printed in italics.

Proper names are capitalized (if Tooter is a person - have no clue on that one).

The names of the movies should be capitalized unless the movie/book name is specifically written lower case ( ie: Library, Theres a Girl... etc..)

Put periods at the end of sentences.

Depending upon the nature of the Tooter Perperday novels (is that the author or is that the name of the series), this may fall under item 1.

School Daze falls under item one.

Thats pretty much what I see. and why....

Italicize the titles and make sure the letters are capitolized.
Crash
The Library Card
There's a Girl in My Hammerlock
Fourth Grade Rats
Stargirl
Wringer
Maniac Magee

also italicize Tootle Peperday and School Daze. Put a period at the end of the sentance.

If your question is how do write the names of the books on a paper, you underline them. If that is not what you are asking, I misunderstood the question and never mind.
