What is the difference between the following two astrological aspects in synastry:?

1) Saturn conjunct South Node
2) Black Moon (Lilith) conjunct South Node

um... I regard the South Node as the direction we go when we choose not to move forward and evolve... I would guess the person with Saturn conjunct the other person's South Node would probably prevent that person from retreating from their life path...

But I have no idea what a black moon (lilith) is, and I have been doing astrology for years...
