Is the mascara waterproof?? Waterproof is always a little more tough to get off. You should get a good cleanser like Noxzema antibacterial lathering cleanser and wash your whole face, close your eyes and rub it all over your eyes gently. It will come off. Never use soap on your face or eyes because it dries your skin out and doesn't really help for eye makeup. So get a nice cleanser and just keep rubbing gently.

I find baby wipes are great because they aren't to harsh on your eye so they don't leave it feeling gunky or painful like some make-up remover creams do. And they get it all off pretty easy! Any wipes meant for babies will do!
Also if you wet the corner of your towel, that is a good way for getting any black smudges out from unterneath your eyelashes :)
Hope that helps get rid of any panda problems!

put the cleansing milk on the cotton or u can directly apply the cleansing milk on the eye-lashes, close ur eyes, wipe the mascara first, always use upper to down stroke. and don't go down to up and then wash ur face. this is the right way to clean the eye make-up and mascara.

Clinique eye make up remover (clear blue bottle) or Cetaphil face wash have always worked for me.
Jojoba oil is really good for stubborn eye makeup.
