I'm a pseudo track star! In high school I missed the state record by 3/100 of a second, because I anticipated the gun. That includes college or semi pro! I jumped a fraction of a second early and no one saw. Now since everyone has gone metric my 110 yd hurdle record will stand indefinitely! Dang, I'm immortalized! All because I jumped the gun!
Did you think jumping the gun was a bad thing?

Yes - She said I was getting to serious to fast. She broke it off and got married 3 months later to a guy she'd been seeing for 2 weeks. How's that for a kick to the groin? And she said I was fast - sheesh!

My Husbands Friend does this all the time. He does it so much it has become a joke when he comes to stay. He never gets the end of the conversation correct. It is quite funny.
