I just saw a bunch of cops running this way and that but not really doing anything, am I missing something or what?

Good point! The cops didn't seem to be doing much either! And where were the campus police when he first started shooting?And where did the gunman get the gun and ammunition from? And why did the students receive an email about the shooting 2 hours later? Why wasn't the University shut down when the shooting first started? Who was the gunman?The whole situation is tragic and has many unanswered questions! Those poor students!

Too bad they didn't have you there to direct them. There is so much going on at a scene like that, you have no idea. Nor will you ever until you do the job.

all i haver seen is cops hiding behind a tree or just running will-nilly to seemingly nowhere.
