I stayed on hold for an hour once trying to get through to a certain department at a school I have attended. They'd lost my check, then my transcript request...I spent tons of money rushing things up to their offices. I finally called the administration office center and demanded to be connected to the head of the department I'd been holding for. The I proceeded to ***** him out for a, running the department so poorly and costing me two weeks and money over their mistakes, and b, not having anyone to pick up their bloody phones. The office is only open for 4 hours a day, yet they couldn't pick up. I was livid.
