What would make you ask a question like that? Do we torture and kill our own citizens, make them live in fear, and preach hate to kids? No.

Well, I can't agree 100%, but yes, the US does terrorize some countries and it does have a body count and blood on its hands. It's naive to say otherwise (but there are a whole lot of naive people around)
Sometimes people just see what they want to see, like in the move The Last King of Scotland. That's what's happening here today.

No not even close.
I traveled some, and most people from other countries think we ARE, spoiled, naive, want everyone to love us, and think everyone wants to be like us. They are pretty close to being right on the money.
Of course we are the first one they call when they want mega-billions in aid, or have a disaster, or want their economy bailed out, etc.
