I'm not sure why this happened, but when I used a Neutrogena eye cream, it made my eyes look really bright.

Another trick that works is using white eyeliner on the inside of your lower lashline. It reflects light around your eye area.

i like to use a concealer under my eyes.
bare essentials has this stuff called WELL RESTED
and it brightens the eye area.YOU CAN use it under the eyes, and on the lids.
I also like their glimmers and glimpes eyeshadows.
I like the opal to brighten up the eyes.
I also like a lot of the colors.
ebay sells small samples so you don't have to spend a lot.

put moisturizer on your eyes at night, wash your face every night moisturize and then wash in the am, use toner, i love oil of Olay facial scrubs. then i use a light sunscreen moisturizer.

I use bisque concealer under my eyes, and up the drakened part of my nose inside my eye lids, i use it on my closed eye lids. then i use the Bare Escentuals Mineral viel to set it.
it stays all day. if i look really tired, i put the WELL RESTED on my lids, and under my eye lids.

a white shadow used as an eye liner works wonders for brightening up the eyes.

and you know what really brings out the eyes???
Lipstick!!! or Lipgloss!
and a light stroke of blush on the cheeks and it's that simple.

mascara optional!

www.ebay.com b.e. make up or search well rested.
buy a mini sample starter kit.
or www.qvc.com if u don't like it return it for any reason and get your money back.

or just use cover girl, an opal or white shadow and use it like a liner. if u have dark circles and you don't want BE min. make-up,
there are a lot of companies in the drug stores that sell mineral make-up now. neutagena, cover girl, loreal, etc.

i would start with cover girl, it's affordable, find a shadow with some glimmer or sparkle to it.
a very soft pink is nice, i like opal, stay away from dark colors, and know ur skin tone.

use a white shadow as an eye liner, that ALWAYS brightens up the eyes. use blush lightly on your cheeks, and a swoop on your forehead and a touch lightly on your brow bones or eye lids. have a slumber party with 2 or 3 good friends, and play beauty parlor, invite your cousins or auntie who is older, but not too old. ask the girl next door who's older than you to give you some make up pointers.

good luck.
we all have to do trial and errror.
best to experiement with the affordable/cheap stuff at home on a weekend..

for a glossy look, put vasoline on your eye lashes, eye lids, and cheek bones!

im me, or email mystic_gift@yahoo.com
my mom only wore lipstick, when i was 22 i sold make-up!
i learned a lot! i love it, and like it quick and simple bright and natural

It depends on how big your eyes are you should use eyelashes (waterproof), eyebrow pencil, arch eyebrows, even color eyelashes (blue) and when you use the eyelashes do the bottom as well. Light natural Shadow. Warning do not make up your eyes everyday it could cause coloration some products and bags and ring around your eyes. Take off eye make up with Vaseline, and clean your face before going to bed.

If you feel you're eyes are dull, you should have them checked by your doctor or optometrist to make sure nothing is going on.

To freshen your eyes, you can use natural tears or Visine. Be sure to get lost of sleep and drink enough water.

if you mean your skin around the eyes, i just put a little bit of baby oil on my eye lid everyday instead of eyeshadow and it makes hem looks kinda pinkish and bright. i also dont use eye liner on the bottom o fmy eye because it makes your eyes look very dark if it runs at al.
