How do you get your eyes to look like this girl's? Is it liquid eyeliner or what? And how do you apply whatever you use to get that look, and where do you get it?

it looks like pencil eyeliner, with a darker shadow like grey, a bit smudged to give it that "smokey" effect...u can buy inexpensive cosmetics like wet `n` wild, rimmell, etc. at your local cvs, walmart, etc...

it looks like a kohl pencil, which is easy enough, but she has also used a white liner on the inside of her lash line which makes the whites look more pronounced.

You just use a black eye pencil heavily and smudge it a little bit

try clinques cream eyeliner,Mac fluid liner,or a stila smudgepot.

It is just really thick black (pencil) eyeliner.
