I've been having a lot of migraines and I don't know what to do. THe one that I have had today has lasted from 7 am and it still has not gone away. They are not from PMS.
My mom wants me to see a doctor but I don't think it's necessary.

i think you might want to go b/c i have heard that if a bad bad headache doesnt go away for a day or two you could have a brain tumor or something is very wrong so i would go

see a doctor
they will check your blood pressure
pain raises your blood pressure.
they will give you something to bring down your pain level.
you could be having headaches due to high blood presure and stress.
immitrex is one of the life saver meds on the market for migranes!
there is help out there, and no u don't have to get blood work.
just let your mom take care of you.
but an ice pack on the back of your neck, it helps with headaches.
no one should have headache that long w/o a fever or seeing a doctor, a migrane left untreated can last an average of 3 days.

see a dr asap.he/she can decide if it is a migraine and what treatment is best for you and also rule out other serious conditions that could be casing your headaches.if you have a headache worse than ever before seek medical attention immediately er good luck

i think you need to go to dr. no headache should last that long.you could have a hormonal imbalance or even thyroid problem.don't know about you but i would want to know where headaches are comming from.

A HEAD ACHE DOES NOT MEAN IT IS A MIGRAIN . YOU COULD HAVE A TUMOR OR ANURISM SEE A DR. YOU NEED A CAT SCAN TO BE SURE.

you should see a doctor... they can be signs of some really serious stuff and they can find out whats causing them

take ecedrin. if it does not stop it would be the saft route to see a doctor to see if you have any problems.
