Below is the link for DODEA (Dept of Defense Education Activity) which handles all of the DoDD schools. You can't always request which country you want. You can make your preferences known, but it won't be guaranteed.

And remember who you students will be. You must be able to deal with a very transient student base (we move every 2-4 years), and they face a great many emotional events:
TDYs (2days to 2 months, like a business trip),
Deployments (90-179 days, sent to yucky areas in support of war/aggressions),
mom/dad getting sent to war zones,
Remotes (Active duty person gone for a year)
friends moving, etc.
Not exactly the normal stuff you find in a traditional public school setting.

Good luck!!

Do you mean a DOD school? Are they the same thing? If so, my mother-in-law works at one. I have a feeling if you are teaching special education, you will have NO problem getting a job anywhere. They are in high demand. :) They always seem to be looking for people to teach overseas as well. Good luck!
