does anyone know a website i can go to or something so that i can put music behind something i taped. Like i made a video for school, and i need to put some backround music to it so that i can still hear the voices, but also hear the music.....HELP PLEASE

Windows movie maker will allow you to dub music into the video.

just drag and drop video in windows movie maker(if you have windows,you did not specify)then add music.it Will add a separate music track.
