Skipping multiple periods can be caused by many things, mostly stress, over-exercising, or malnutrition. If any of these sound like they fit you, fixing them should bring your period back. For malnutrition, you should eat more foods, and a good variety of them too. Lots of grains, protien, fruits, veggies, and dairy. If your over-excercising or not getting enough rest, try relaxing a little more and getting at least 8 hours of sleep at night. Your body will thank you. If your stressed, you can do many things such as yoga or taking long walks in a quiet neighborhood or park. Doing breathing excercises, talking to a therapist, or sleeping more can help too.
If your eating well, getting plenty of sleep, and not over-working yourself, then you should visit a gynecologist. This is most likely a minor problem, but it moght be something worse.
Feel better :)

Extreme underweight can do this (as another user said), or a lot of exercise. Or illness. Or stress.
You should see a doc. It could be a problem of some kind.
Although kissing does not cause pregnancy (as one answer said), you CAN get pregnant from sexual activity, even if it wasn't "all the way" -- those sperm are dedicated little swimmers.
But this is unlikely.
Since you don't say if your life has changed in any way (you've become a marathon runner, or lost a lot of weight, or been sick or really stressed -- all of which can postpone periods), we can't say.
But a doctor could. You should see one.

Depending on your age, this may be normal. Some girls get there period, and then it goes away for a period of time. If you have not had sex, then you are fine. Try to talk to your ob/gyn if you can. Try to talk to your mother or a female adult that you trust and hopefully that will help.
But I strongly suggest you see a doctor, for help. If that is not an option try the local health depart, or STD clinic, they will let you remain anonymous and also gave you the help you need.

I'm having the same condition as of now. For the quickest and most professional reason, go see a gynocologist and take several tests. It's mainly from a hormonal imbalance. Also, being a teenager contributes to erratic periods.

It may be caused by a lack of sufficient vitamins and minerals and the correct food. If your diet is questionable then this may well be the cause. There are also diseases that have this symptom. Either way it would be a very good idea to see a doctor or a nurse about it, urgently.

Because there is no possible way you can be pregnant you should see your Dr. to make certain you have nothing going on. You could have a hormone imbalance and stress can cause problems. Your age is also a factor. It is just best for you to seek medical help.
I pray things go well for you and nothing is wrong.

Actually the same thing happened to my friend. You should go to the doctor for a check-up as soon as possible cuz my friend had to go under medication and get a small surgery due to some sort of blockage. Hope u feel better.

There are many reasons that can cause u to miss periods. I have gone about a year without one and it was due to condition I have that I take meds for. Best thing to do is go to a doctor.

You need to see your dr to have this evaulated because it sounds like a hormone imbalance such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome could be playing in to this.

What are your eating habits like?
Are you underweight? ....if you think no to this, do OTHER people think you are underweight?
This is one of the main reasons periods would stop in females who are still virgins.
If you do have some body image or weight issues speak to a good doctor and ask for help and counselling.
