There are so many ways to do this. Here are a few:
Copy to flash drive from computer 1 and copy to computer 2.
Copy to CD or DVD from computer 1 and copy to computer 2.
Connect the two computer by ethernet or wireless networking and transfer from computer 1 to computer 2.
Upload them to the web from computer 1 and download them to computer 2.
Install them on your ipod from computer 1 and then copy the files from the ipod to computer 2.

Burn the music to a CD, and then copy them onto the other machine. That's the only way.

Put them on a site or email them to yourself. Use a flash drive, burn to a CD, there's many ways.
