How do I make an acount with Microsoft Outlook?

I have it on my computer. How do I receive emails from people on it?

I have it also, but unless you are networked or running a business, you will be happier with Yahoo mail. I couldn't begin to go through all the steps necessary to setup. I find it a pain and do not use it.
