Balloon Arch With Fishing Line

I would suggest to figure out how wide your arch is going to be and how high.
Then figure tying a knot in the fish line every 12 inches or so (on each side of the highest point) to keep the balloon from sliding up the line. Tie a balloon to the low side of the knot and the line should lift in a fairly even arch.

Assuming they will be helium filled, and tied close together, all you need is two opposing uprights to secure the beginning and end piece of line to. They should form a natural arch.
