The recommended fuel/oil mixture ratio is 32:1
Mix one part oil, to 32 parts of gas.
1 gallon = 128 ounces
128 ounces divided by 32 (as in 32:1) = 4
So 32:1 = 4 ounces of oil to 1 gallon of gas.
A "ratio rite" cup will do all the figuring for you.

If you don't use the bike for competition racing, you can go as thin as 42:1

Something I should have mentioned -
2 stroke engines that start to foul spark plugs and blow a lot of smoke out the exhaust is a sign that the piston & rings should be replaced.
Worn piston & rings don't creat enough comprssion to fully burn the oil in the pre-mix. That's why the spark plug gets oily and the exhaust blows smoke.

i recomend 32:1 ratio with regular 2 stroke oil. if you wana go synthetic 2 stroke oil you can safely go with a 40:1 ratio. you can also find non smoking 2 stroke oils too. i like the redline oil synthetic for my '06 yz125 works great and no smoke. just a little oil in the silencer but thats a good thing.

The proper ratio is 32:1. That eqauls to 20 ounces of oil to five gallons of gas.
