No, Ja Rule already claimed his retirement. He said that it was to work on his so-called "acting" career. It was a smart decision, because his retirement was needed.

Yes. Why not? It is not like there is truely any other mainstream rapper who is any better than Ja Rule. He was/is not a gangsta rapper anyway, so he would and has avoid much of the scurtiny and decline of that style of Rap. Ja Rule is a Hardcore Rap and East Coast Rap artist, not a gangsta rapper. It's hard to say. A lot of rappers say they're going to retire *coughjayzcough* but they end up coming up.
