Arbalest - A heavy type of crossbow. Sometimes used to refer to oversized mounted crossbows meant specifically as siege weapons.
Arrow - the missile shot from a bow. An arrow is measured by "draw length," that is to say, the length of the shaft when it is held at full draw on the bowstring with the head of the arrow just clearing the belly of the bow. A common draw length for modern arrows is about 28", although the "cloth yard" seems to have been a popular length for longbow arrows during the Late Middle Ages. This was measured from the outstretched arm to the opposite ear of the archer, and taken from the method of a clothier's measuring process.
Ball and Chain - referring to a particular type of spherical-headed, non-spiked flail, the term "Ball and Chain" seems to have been an invention of later periods in time, and was in all likelihood not used to describe a weapon during the Middle Ages.

Joke:
Photon torpedo - Technically a fictitious device, but Star Trek did come about after the 1500s.
Serious:
The wording of your question is a bit ambiguous, so I'm going with "Invented after 1500 AD."
HALO knife - Combat knife used by modern day paratroopers. Due to its use, it's than your middle ages dagger, but not long enough to qualify (by weapons experts) as a sword.
Torpedo - Explodes, but not technically a "bomb" by definition.
Self-Propelled Guns - They are called "guns," but they are actually piston-driven projectile launchers that were developed during WWII, and never saw action again. They look a bit like small tanks, but fire their charges in a radically different matter. Examples from different countries include the ASU-57 (Soviet), Rooikat 76 (South Africa), M56SPAA (US), STuG IV (Germany).
