-25x^2+5x=0

-5x(5x-1)=0
-5x=0
5x-1=0
x=0
x=1/5

-25x^2 +5x = 0

factor a 5x from both figures:
5x(-5x + 1)=0 which means x= 0 or x=1/5

However if the problem is written like this:
(-25x)^2 + 5x
than it becomes (25x * 25x) + 5x
625x^2 + 5x
Factor 5x from both figures:
5x(125x+1)
so x equals 0 or -1/125

(-25x)^2 + 5x = 225x^2 + 5x = 5x(45x+1) = 0
This means that either x = 0 or x = -1/45
