Cheyenne is a very beautiful name and I like that you are showing the reflection of the heritage. Elizabeth is a cute name for a little girl and very classy. This is a great name that will transition well for her into adulthood. You know what I mean? Think of names like Tyler... cuter when the child is 2, but when he gets to be grandpa... we're going to Grandpa Tyler's? Sounds kind of odd.

It's a very beautiful name, and rude for others to say they HATE a name. Cheyenne is very popular (not necessarily overused), but the combination of your First, Middle and Last names are great.

One note, if you are looking for another beautiful Native American name, but don't want one that many others have, you can also go with Sequoia, Coahuita, or Dakota. If you want a REALLY unique name, you can go with Manhatten, Montana or Maizie (variation of Maize).

For a boy, you can also use Dakota or Arizona, or for unique names, use Cherokee, Detroit or Tucson.

I like it. I have always liked the name Cheyenne... I love it with the middle name Ryan, but Elizabeth is cute too!

For boys names I love Lucas William, Nathan Daniel, Carter Matthew, Hayden Christian, Peyton Sawyer, Ryder Storm, Wyatt Christopher, Finley Andrew...

Because you are of native american descent, I would have to say that I LOVE the name Cheyenne...especially because you have chosen to spell it correctly. I can't stand it when perfectly good ethnic names are ruined by people who use them as trends.
