Pressure in SI units is measured in pascals which are newtons divided by square meters. More plainly the amount of force divided by the surface area it is applied to (N/m^2).

In english units lbf/in^2 most commonly (PSI).

where n is the number of moles of gas, R is the ideal gas constant, T is temperature in Kelvin and V is volume.
