Gil Gerard, aka. "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century" is and was by far the "ugliest" celebrity I've ever met. I was a kid and went to see him at a Towne West Mall appearance in Wichita, KS. He was extremely "ugly" to the kids who stood in line for 2+ hours just to see him. I got a "cold fish" for a handshake and a frown I'll never forget (see comments at deadoraliveinfo.com). I never saw the show again until I went to college and it happened to be on in a bar. I left with a heavy heart.
Later, I saw a report about him on "Entertainment Tonight" where he had become very ugly by gaining 400 pounds over the years and then fought to get it off.
In my still-pained-child-of-the-past-heart, he got what he deserved!

There are so many, Mainly all of the rappers. Ja Rule is up there on the list. Bobbie Brown, Jay Z, the list goes on and on.
The one who, in my opinion, takes the cake for all time ugliness is Jermain Dupri.
