how you go about cleaning a 2 1/2 month old babys ears. i know not with Q-tips... but thats all i know, can anyone help me... thanks

You don't clean them out at all. You can wipe the earshell a little but any other earwax is there for a reason, especcially with little babies. Don't worry about the amount. It's normal.

If you are washing your baby's ears, use cotton balls dampened with plain water — no soap.do not clean the actuall ear canel as this can be very dangerous. never remove earwax and if there is an excessive build up take your baby to your g.p wax is there for a reason it stops the ear from getting infected and makes the ear self cleaning protecting from dirt dust etc getting inside the ear cannel hope this helps

Just take a baby wipe and wipe out the ears. Ears are actually self-cleaning.

If they really have a lot of wax, you can use hydrogen peroxide. It dissolves the junk.
