me: no excuses. gotta do whathca gotta do.
i have a back ache and i can hardly walk after my yard work.......but ill be a the gym later. no pain no gain!!!!!

That depends...sometimes I need to do a lot of juggling with schedule and various projects.

No, it's like, when I wake up, Sun-Thu, I get ready to go and work out. I know I need it, so I force myself to do it. And it's hard waking up to do something like that, anyway... I try NOT to find an excuse.
