Nah, if you got mad he'd just come on Yahoo question-answers and say, "Last night my wife said that men were a trainable sub-species recently down from the trees!" and that disturbed me so I called her "stringy haired ho this morning!"

"What should I do?" he'll ask!

And I don't want to answer that question - so PLEASE don't "be mad!"

Thanks!

If you're not mad, then it's possible that you have some self-esteem issues. Do you think "stringy haired ho" is a compliment? Of course, you should be mad.

Marraige is complicated. When my dad get's pissed(which is quite often.....) he critises my mom's cooking! But then later, they make up because he says the 3 most important words in a marraige "I love you". She forgave him because she trusted him enough in her heart to forgive him.

May be he had a bad day, wasnt in the mood or something went wrong. Be patient. You married him didnt you? Which also means you Love him. Talk to him about it.

However, if he consistently does this, then may be, if you want this marriage to last, you might consider telling how you feel(but when worse comes to worse, may be a marriage council...). It is your choice you be mad or not. It is also your choice to understand each other.

well how about you put him back in his place get your hair done, buy some sexy, not slutty, clothes, and make him want you. (dont throw yourself at him, just do what you normally do, but show your assets) but at the end of the night he better be treating you like a queen, if not do it again, but dont let him have sex. sometimes you need to show your husband why he married you in the first place.

Does he normally call you names like that? That's not ok. Reffering to you as any derrogatory female name is especially hurtful. I would let him know very specifically that "i was hurt when you said,....." and ask him why. There must be something wrong. And try to stay calm discussing it so feelings don't get hurt further.
