Do kyo and tohru on fruits basket end up getting married or something does she break the curse?

I was told she breaks the curse..how?Does he finally kiss her?like ya know actually smooch smooch?

Tooru didn't really break the curse herself. She only played a part in it.
The curse broke in two ways really.
First was "when one that was unloved (the cat) was loved the curse nears its end." This doesn't seem to be solely a romantic love as the curse began breaking around the time Kyouko befriended Kyou. Instead its better described as any kind of love and acceptance.
One thing that did show up was the fact that Kazuma's affection for Kyou seemed to have no affect suggesting it had to come from someone outside.
Other reffs to this part of breaking the curse can be seen when Tooru decides to pluck up the courage to tell Kyou she loves him and Momiji is then freed in the next chapter and when she finally tells him she loves him Hiro is freed. This part of breaking the curse seemed to be just a kind of start off than the actual soloution.
The second part is the trigger that actually broke the curse fully. The first part is more of a build up and not something that can truely end it.

The second part of breaking the curse was when Cat's words of not wanting eternity reached Kami's heart. When the spell was first cast as Cat was dying he said he didn't want to be reborn and that the time that they spent together in one life was enough. Eventually Kami understood those words and the curse completely broke. When this happens all of them are freed as Kami goes around the city collecting the souls of the animals.
A note on this: Kami shouldn't be confused with Akito. Though she did change, Akito had just as little power over the curse as the others did. Kami is a separate being that merely shared her body just like the animals.

Kyou and Tooru kiss twice in the series. Once is when she's on the ground unconscious and then after he catches up to her once she leaves hospital.

Kyou and Tooru appear to marry fairly young as they still look pretty much the same when their son is about 5 or 6. Their son grows up to also marry an unknown woman (though she bares a resembalance to Yuki and Machi) and has a daughter who is seen in the last chapter holding a toy rat and cat.
The grandaughter appears in what is most likely to be a school uniform so is around 6, her parents appear to only be around 20-30 so at most about 30 years have passed by the end of the final chapter.

well what i saw int the anime was that the curse is broken by akito or something but like...no tohru doesn't get married with Kyo just in the last episdoe i saw tohru returning with a orange cat [[KYO]]

YES!!! to break the curse the one who had never known love had to be loved and fall in love so wheh tohru and kyo told each other that they loved each other the curse broke and then it goes on to show them getting old and playing with their son and grandchild and you can tell it's their son cause of the pics on her dresser. OMG i love that show!!!

Yes and yes. The curse was broken because Akito has released the curse and has become a better individual. Everything you said is right. I was happy for them.
