A large pyramid of some kind which could in later years be considered to be one of the wonders of the modern age.

Instead of monuments or buildings, I would want a foundation created with my name and wealth. Probably one that assists at-risk youth, orphans or disabled people.
Now, that would be a totally lasting legacy that will make a difference in the world. (Instead of the usual statue that's covered with pigeon droppings.)
